Grandma's Seafood Soup

This is a very old recipe from one of our manager's grandmother.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb. crab, crawfish, and/or shrimp

  • I stick of margarine

  • I tablespoon of minced or chopped garlic

  • Itablespoon of flour

  • 2 tablespoons of Worcester sauce

  • Ican of cream of mushroom soup

  • I small onion (diced)

  • 1/4 of a bell pepper (diced)

  • 2 stalks of celery (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Melt margarine in pot, add chopped trinity and garlic

  2. Cook until all seasonings are clear, and add woschestire sauce

  3. Add flour

  4. OPTIONAL: A little water may have to be added, if necessary

  5. Add choice of seafood

  6. Cook on medium heat until reduced in size.

  7. Add can of mushroom soup

  8. Cook until all soup is combined

  9. Season to taste (I use Tony's, White pepper, and Garlic powder)

TIP: Don't add salt until the very end.
